Apostle’s Creed We believe in God, the Father Almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord: Who was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into hell. The third day He arose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty, whence He shall come to judge the living and the dead. We believe in the Holy Spirit, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. | Church, is the final demonstration in words as to what we believe. We are a church, " ἐκκλησία, ekklēsia" in the greek, "The called out ones". A covenant community centered on one theme – “The Holy Bible”. We do not meet together to discuss politics or current events. We meet to bring honor to the name of Christ and to magnify the Father to the best of our abilities. We have been called by God for a specific purpose. Namely, to bring glory to Jesus the Christ. If you have any questions concerning our beliefs feel free to write our pastor, or just come this Sunday. |
